This film investigates the filmmaker’s account of racial profiling and targeting of independent media during the anti-FTAA protest in Quebec City in April 2001.
In the spring of 2001, 12 filmmakers from Toronto went to Quebec City to document what would be the largest protest in Canadian history. The filmmakers were part of an ad hoc group—blah, blah, blah Film Collective.
